I have been a real estate broker since 2004 and have helped my clients sell everything from raw land to multi-family homes. Within my twenty years as a broker, I have guided buyers and sellers through the Great Recession, Housing Crisis, economic upturn, unheard of low mortgage rates, soaring home prices, housing shortages, economic downturn, elevated mortgage rates, and inflation. All things considered, it is not surprising that most brokers cannot say that they have been in the industry for twenty years. When you hire me, you have a broker with the experience to navigate through turbulent times, and my goal is for you to experience smooth sailing.
When you hire me, I will never forget that I work for you. My job is to guide you through the sales process. I will give you my experienced advice, well researched statistics, and best/worst case scenarios, but final decisions are always yours. I am the founder and managing broker of Revelation Realty and I do not work with a team. I am the former Managing Broker of a large real estate firm. I know the processes of a large firm, and I purposely have founded my business in a way that prioritizes the client. This means you will always have direct contact with me. This also means I make all final decisions for my business. I do not need to get answers or approval from a chain of command or a manager. This saves you time and money and streamlines the sales process.
The most important part of a real estate sale is YOU. I am never too busy to answer your questions or ease your mind by addressing your concerns. My successful foundation in real estate is entirely based on having profound client relationships.
